VODEH has over 35 years of experience in comprehensive engineering design of industrial cooling towers and circulating water systems, including the development of process solutions, engineering calculations, preparation of working documentation and support of project implementation. Design activities are carried out under Certificate No. 0162.03-2010-7701862558-P-054, confirming the company’s authorization to perform industrial design work.
Cooling tower design is a key stage that determines the efficiency, reliability and cost-effectiveness of the entire circulating water system. Errors at the design stage directly affect operating costs, equipment resistance to seasonal conditions, corrosion and scaling processes, as well as the service life of core process equipment.
VODEH applies an engineering approach based on detailed analysis of operating conditions, characteristics of heat-generating equipment, climatic factors and industrial safety requirements. All design solutions are developed in accordance with applicable regulations, client requirements and actual operating conditions of the facility.
Design is carried out in stages – from preliminary technical studies and engineering calculations to the preparation of a full set of working documentation and equipment readiness for implementation. Depending on required capacity and project specifics, design solutions are divided into two main categories.

Cooling towers with capacities from 200 to 1,000 m³/h are designed based on factory-manufactured modules and are characterized by compact dimensions, high efficiency of heat and mass transfer, and an optimal balance between cost and operational performance.
These cooling towers are equipped with five-blade induced draft fans, polymer fill, drift eliminators and proprietary spray systems developed by VODEH, ensuring stable operation with minimal water and energy losses.
The structure is made of steel profiles with corrosion protection (hot-dip galvanizing or moisture-resistant GREMI RUST coating), providing a service life of over 10 years. Installation is possible on existing reinforced concrete basins as well as on building rooftops.

Cooling towers with capacities exceeding 1,000 m³/h are designed for large industrial facilities with increased requirements for stability and continuous cooling performance. The design of such systems takes into account high thermal loads, facility scale and specific process conditions.
Structurally, these cooling towers are designed with a top-mounted fan, ensuring efficient operation at high circulating water flow rates and uniform air distribution.
